Having training in both landscape architecture and occupational therapy, Mark seeks to support a collaborative approach to both design and therapy. Mark’s work in the area of neurodiversity and sensory well-being started with a sensory walk and associated park in Croatia, as part of a design/build course in college. He has also worked with diverse populations in a therapeutic setting, working with children as well as adults with various sensory sensitivities and cognitive abilities. As an access planner with KMA, an architecture and consulting firm specializing in accessible planning and design based in Boston, MA, Mark works with institutions, private stakeholders, and local governments to assess and advise on ADA compliance and inclusive design.
